About Me

Ask any coach or trainer in the world and they will tell you that “nothing is ever accomplished without a BIG WHY”.

That “big WHY” is the burning reason that drove whoever it was to accomplish whatever they did (in the words of Gary Douglas) “be, do, have, create or generate” whatever it was that they changed in their world.

In my case, that “Big WHY” got off to an early start when I was born into a family of “Type AA” super-achievers with crossed eyes, flat feet and the combo of a high IQ and a curious mind, coupled with learning disabilities that nobody seemed to understand, and certainly not by the parents or teachers I was blessed with. As such, my “ Big WHY” was always about trying to find my place in and make sense of a world around me in which I was both verbally and physically reminded that I didn’t fit, on a daily basis.
